Very simple moves but intense!!!!!! CARDIO and SWEATING.

Love the music and intervals.  Wish it was longer.  Wore my heart rate monitor.  Only burned 118 calories.  Would get my HR up to 75-80%MHR on the peaks and back down to 60-65% on the valleys or easy shuffles.
