I love this workout!   It's fun and easy to follow and I really sweat!  Thanks Daisy!

hey Daisy, great workout, can you add a cool down and stretch sequence?

I glanced through this workout with fast forward on and felt a bit nervous of it because you never seemed to take a breather. This morning I summoned my courage and went for it. Really glad I did! It was a fabulous, steady paced, cardio workout, and it made me realise just how much better my coordination is after a few months on my trampoline.  I was always the one at the back of the aerobic class jumping in the air when everyone else was squatting!

I'm looking forward to your next workout, Daisy. You asked for comments on how things could be made better; the only suggestion I have would be to have less close ups so I can see and try to keep up with what your arms and legs are doing!
