Great arm workout. Bouncing afterward I was more aware of my arm movements and posture. It felt wonderful!

Sweet dripping all over the Bellicon. Videos over and sweat still rolling down my back and chest.  Detoxifying.

great workout 

for me since I am not good a verbal instruction without seeing, if during the instructional part of learning new exercises the cameraman could stay panned in, pan out only during transition.   I like to see the instructors form and movements to help with them brain and body engagement.  ;)  I did love the video, wish I had more tenacity to do if more frequent!

LOved it.  I will realy feel i t in my arms tomorrow :)
