Oh Fayth!!! Congratulations!!  Your a fabulous looking mum to be!! So happy for you!  Can I ask if it's safe to use the bellicon whilst trying to conceive or when pregnant at all.  Even closed chain bounce?  I love these workouts and don't know how I'll live without them if not..

Thank you all for your support and very kind messages - it's so encouraging during this time! It is a pleasure to workout with you all! The due date is July 31st [:01:] More Pilates workouts to come for sure. In answer to the pre-natal question...Bouncing before pregnant, no problem! Pre-natal bouncing is not recommended without doctor's clearance since we do not have any published research around it. That being said, I have had many clients bounce gently towards the end of pregnancies and they have enjoyed it - it's very unique to the individual. Personally, I've been using the bellicon for other pre-natal work however (no bouncing) and it's been wonderful. Keep your eyes peeled for a pre-natal bellicon series that focuses on breathing exercises, alignment, stretching, and strengthening. And of course a post-natal series will be needed soon after [:11:]

That's great to see the Bellicon brand expanding into pre-natal exercises focused on breathing, alignment and strengthening - perhaps I could incorporate into a birth preparation class. Of course post-partum classes would be super too.
