Very good workout - really enjoyed the leg circuit - maybe wish there was a little more variety in the glute segment, but worthwhile nonetheless.  Had to modify the stretches at the end - 3X knee surgeries, I don't quite have the range of motion to sit all the way down, but this'll help me get there.  Well done - keep it up!
