Loved this one a lot! It was challenging for me and I feel great! [:01:]

Love the format of the 20 moves but really wish all of the videos were set to fun, current music.

This is quite a challenging workout - and I enjoyed it. The count down of 20 moves kept my interest. Thanks

this is a great video - i like the interval sequencing 

I love this series, however #8 "glitched" on me. I was at the end getting off to do the plank exercise so I paused the video. When I went to start it up, it sent me back to about the 15 minute mark and there was no way to make the timer bar move me back to where I wanted to be. I understand that there is a fast forward that makes you lose your progress, but I didn't want that! I feel like you should be able to go back or forward without problems. If some people use this to cheat...well, shame on them and who are they really hurting?
