Love this short but intense workout. The jumps are exhilarating and love how they work the lower abs

I love this simple workout. Good for the cardio, legs and glutes :-)

Wow. Short and intense. When will Jeremy being doing some new videos? 

Great workout!  Great cuing on technique.  Choreography wasn't complicated (a good thing) but I can see why this was a Level 9.  Great tough workout in a short period of time.  I'll be doing this one again.  [:06:]

i loved this interval - it gets me into the mode where i know hi-intensity needs to be maintained for class

I have had my Bellicon for almost 2 years, and felt like I was pretty advanced on it, but these workouts truly test me. This one was hard! I will keep coming back though.
