Nice workout.  Not complicated and short.  Great safety cuing.  I did this as an add-on to my regular kickboxing workout this morning.  [:03:]

I love this workout!

Just what I needed. I'm not sure what a runner would think, but as a walker it was just right for what I wanted to do today.
