I'm 62 years old and thought I could never do this but  I really did ! this is such a soft and good way of treatening our bodies !

I've done this video 2x casting it to my TV, it didnt unlock the next video either time..... what am I doing wrong?

First time doing this video! Awesome! I did it  after the short but very intense HIIT video (also first time) for a great 30 minute workout.
