Enjoy a rejuvenating, light bounce at Jackson Park in the fall in downtown Chicago. Perfect workout for all levels.

A good session - just the right length for me.  Perhaps it's my weight (I'm at the high end of the weight range for my bungees) but getting my feet totally off the mat is extremely challenging for me.

At 9:27 min. in the video stopped.  Waited for a full five minutes of apparent loading then had to start over to get started again.
