This workout is a more intense upper body workout. Many different power exercises are included. Recommend for a higher fitness level.

I loved the video - great cardio and upper body ~ BUT ~ this is the third video that gets to the end, even asks me what I thought about the intensity but doesn't give me credit for it - I have to play it all over again. Frustrating.

Pop ups are very annoying that continually pop up on mobile while watching.

2nd post for this one - have done this one several times now and still enjoy it (no more play through glitches which were probably my fault anyway). For whatever it's worth, I added 2 lb sand weights for all of the cardio parts and that gives me a much more complete upper body workout in case you wanted to increase the intensity.

Mmmm..  I'm not completely unfit, but I prefer longer slower workouts over intense ones.  Just doing these once a week ...or maybe once a month...

So I did this one yesterday, sandwiched between two slower workouts (slightly cropping the triceps sections a little here because my triceps felt like they might rip!)   I was rather impressed with the very beneficial effect on my abs, shoulders and arms today, so I think despite my slow inclinations,  I'll have to favourite this one and repeat.

I always like the very quirky way Jeremy presents his workouts.  He either goes into a zone doesn't talk at all, or he gets really excited, like in this one.  I find both styles helpful.

Fabulous workout. Perfect blend of strength cardio and high intensity, without being too choreographed and confusing.  Sometimes a few simple, effective moves are best.  Thank you.

This is a nice repetitive moves workout. Merci Jeremy for the sweat!
