Just started! with a bit of luck, much inspiration from Bellicon videos and all of you trainers, I ll complete my 90 days personal challenge. Plan is to start slow and move it up to  30' to 50' video routines and stay there for 90 days. The thought just came to be after doing this wake up exercise sequence so, THANK YOU FAYTH.
