A variety of movements guaranteed to strengthen your legs and more specifically, ease any knee injury.

The bellicon used in this video is a bellicon Classic 44" with folding legs and X-strong bungees. You can take a look at this configuration here: https://www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en/bundle/load/index/sku/CL112US/option_0/CL112F/option_1/BLGREX/option_2/BAPI112/

Thanks for these knee exercises. Helpful.

i don't have knee problems but i did this workout and liked it for the glute exercises...did it without a T bar.

Great workout for my knees! Thank you, Fayth!

Thanks for addressing problems following a knee injury. Great to have your expertise and exercises to help get back in shape.

Did not like the workout at all.  I do these moves in Eccentrics and Classical Stretch with great results.  I find doing these on the bellicon to be less effective.  I'd rather bounce.

Fabulous - I bought the Bellicon specifically to help me move beyond knee issues that have prevented me from running.  Greatly appreciate the precision of instructions on alignment ....  More please!  [:01:]
