Fayth, you developed an EXCELLENT video! Thank you so much! Really like how thorough you are with showing everything and explaining techniques, and why they are important. As well as feet placement and mat posture. I had physical therapy a year ago after suffering from plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. It was brutal. I put a lot of weight on from being couched as a result. Using my brand new Bellicon was even uncomfortable.

I'm a swimmer, I swim 4- 5 hours a week.. Also, I do water walking afterwards whenever I have the opportunity. This has helped with my healing. I still do have some light discomfort and weakness in my left knee. The extra weight I put on does not help with this problem! Your regime will definitely help to strengthen the area. Thank you ever so much for this hope!      [:01:]

Fabulous - I bought the Bellicon specifically to help me move beyond knee issues that have prevented me from running.  Greatly appreciate the precision of instructions on alignment ....  More please!  [:01:]

Did not like the workout at all.  I do these moves in Eccentrics and Classical Stretch with great results.  I find doing these on the bellicon to be less effective.  I'd rather bounce.
