I really liked this.  This was more of a stability workout (not much bouncing off the bellicon).  Faythe's cuing is fantastic.  I think I'll be doing this one frequently as an add-on to one of the shorter cardio workouts[:03:].

This is day 3 on my rebounder. This video was challenging for me. I will be doing this one again and again to increase my coordination and strengthen my right leg more.  It's interesting to me that Fayth mentioned that one side might be stronger. I am left handed so I guess that makes sense that my left. Is stronger however it's also the leg I had a total knee replacement done!

Just about to start... This is one of the ones recommended for the lymph system.... Are there any other ones you would recommend as really moving the lymphatic system (I know all of rebounding does to some degree but maybe there are more targeted ones?). Thanks for these!
