We focus on exercises meant to strengthen stability and balance, guaranteeing Emily gets a stronger posture which will require a decreased level of effort so that her energy can go on the endurance required for the long run.

I have just done both Cross Training for Marathon workouts this morning. Very good workouts for the legs and balance and also for the shoulders and arms.

This video is worth doing everyday... Quick but wow!!!!!!  Feels great to do this one.  Thank you!!!!

Why do you only balance on one side?

i like this sequence - very informative. i like the inner / outer balance hip rotations. all of it! Thanks Fayth!
