It's safe to say that jumping on your Bellicon is out of the question if you're pregnant right??  Sorry post should have read jumping while pregnant......

Hi Christina, i took a workshop a couple of yrs ago,& attended a class in Australia ,all relating to trampoline, even breast feeding mothers were not allowed to join trampoline classes.

Hello! At this point there are no published research studies for or against pre-natal bouncing. I do not recommend pre-natal bouncing unless your doctor has given you permission. On that note - we have some pre-natal videos coming out very soon with movements you can do on the bellicon that do not have bouncing. Keep your eyes open![:01:]
