WHAT A GREAT RANGE OF WORKOUT VIDEOS. I'M PRONE TO PLANTAR FASCIITIS, WEAR SUPPORTIVE SHOES WHEN USING THE BELLICON, AND AM VERY FOOT-CONSCIOUS. HENCE MY HEALTH BOUNCING IS LESS AMBITIOUS THAN MOST (I PARTICULARLY LIKE THE "3 SIMPLE MOVES FOR DADS" VIDEO).
IN SEVERAL VIDEOS, THE TRAINERS MENTION FOOT PLACEMENT AND ALIGNMENT. GIVEN THE FORCE GOING THROUGH OUR FEET WHEN USING THE BELLICON, CAN I SUGGEST THAT YOU GIVE MORE ATTENTION TO FOOT MECHANICS (AND ASSOCIATED INJURY PREVENTION).
